This notice describes how information is handled on the GREEN Charter Schools marketing website. Student records are governed by FERPA and administered through school management systems, not this website.

What we collect

When you submit a form (contact, tour request, careers referral), we collect the information you enter. We collect basic anonymous analytics about page views to improve the site's performance. We do not collect sensitive student data through this website.

How it is used

Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry. Analytics are used to improve the site.

Third-party services

The parent portal (PowerSchool), meal payments (MySchoolBucks), and the enrollment application (Scribbles) are third-party services with their own privacy notices.

Student data

Actual student records are governed by FERPA and applicable South Carolina law, and are administered through school management systems, not this website.
